Current openings - serving NH & MA. It takes courage to show up to therapy and I am honored to serve as your guide and companion. I enjoy working with adult females of all ages to help decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, or postpartum anxiety / depression or adjustment. Together we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and identify and target your "stuck points." The aim is to seek greater awareness in your life, clearing obstacles to your life goals and purpose. During our time together, I’ll meet your energy and efforts with acceptance, compassion, warmth and kindness.
