I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals who are navigating stress, anxiety, and depression, often while managing high expectations and hidden pressures. In addition to supporting clients through the challenges of daily life, I have extensive experience working with trauma, including healing from sexual assault, emotional abuse, and physical abuse. I believe that trauma can leave lasting impacts on how we see ourselves and our relationships — but with support, healing and empowerment are possible.
