Hi, I’m Kristin. I bring empathy, authenticity, and genuine care into every session. I meet clients where they are, offering a laid-back, supportive environment while also asking thoughtful, honest questions when needed. I believe in keeping it real, building trust, and being a steady support system throughout the therapeutic process. I value humor and connection and believe that laughter can be an important part of healing. At the same time, I am deeply committed to helping clients process trauma and navigate life’s most difficult experiences. I have worked with the following presenting problems: trauma, sexual abuse, sex offenders, traumatic brain injuries, at risk youth, family court, depression, schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, schizoaffective disorder, personality disorders; chronic mental illness, ASD, DDD.
