I specialize in helping people navigate life transitions—empty nest, marriage or divorce, loss of a loved one, career change, relocation, or getting "unstuck" in order to move into the next life chapter. I also help people learn to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety and grief, and to understand the root causes of their challenges. As a therapist, professional life & career coach, yoga teacher and writer, I draw from a range of experience and techniques to match the needs of each client.
