In-office Intensive 3-Hour Sessions or 60 minute appointments! I provide life changing, compassionate care with EMDR Therapy, Brainspotting, Pre-Verbal Trauma and Emotional Parts Work. With over 25 years experience, I work collaboratively with clients in a warm, respectful manner. I treat adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, dissociative disorders, childhood abuse, Narcissist abuse, and domestic violence histories. Through EMDR Therapy and Brainspotting, clients identify root causes of their symptoms, and clear traumas that lead to depression, anxiety, body pain and illness. LGBTQI+ ally, offering a safe space for counseling.
