Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and teen to navigate some of life’s toughest moments. Many of the people I work with struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, or use self-harm or substances to cope. Some experience thoughts of not wanting to be here, or carry the weight of past trauma such as domestic violence or sexual assault. Others face ongoing relationship challenges that feel hard to manage alone. If any of this resonates with you, you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to help. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and focused on what truly helps you move forward. Together, we will work to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build skills that make life feel more manageable and meaningful.
