I am a licensed professional counselor with over 16 years of experience as a therapist working with adults. My specialty is helping people overcome symptoms of PTSD and anxiety. LPC, ATR, CTS. My approach blends EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and ERRT to help untangle the past and create a path forward. With a mix of CBT and Narrative Therapy, I work with clients to challenge old patterns, process difficult experiences, and reclaim their narrative.
