I started my career working several years on a dual diagnosis unit, which provided me with a strong foundation in working with people facing both mental health and addictions issues. I believe anyone who desires it can benefit from therapy and have appreciated working with adults and adolescents on their outpatient therapy journeys for many years. My focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment allows my clients to engage in the therapy experience and make progress toward their goals. I enjoy being active, especially when I can do so outside. When I am not working, I am typically enjoying time with family.
