Getting started in therapy can be difficult. I understand that making the choice of taking care of you may feel overwhelming or even intimidating. With this in mind, I believe in an approach to therapy that allows the client to have a voice to express. In turn, I provide a compassionate ear to listen. Together we can explore issues that have led you to therapy, and use creative intervention to assist in healing and expression. I believe every individual has resilience and the capacity for growth and change. I work with clients who have experienced and struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, addiction, behavioral and family issues, ranging from adolescents, teens to adults. As a creative arts therapist, I have found that treating the whole self goes beyond words.
