I offer in-person and online sessions. I specialize in trauma therapy and EMDR. I use Mindfulness Therapy and Reiki to help my clients emotionally regulate with guided meditations and breath work. I focus on client centered therapy and will meet you where you are at, discussing your needs and goals for therapy. I am in this profession because of my passion for helping others heal from their suffering. I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist.
