I believe you carry within you the strength and capacity to heal and grow; sometimes you just need support in unlocking it. I work with couples and families and individuals who are struggling to connect, young adults and teens trying to figure out who they are, and military couples dealing with the extra stress that comes with service life. Maybe you're carrying around old pain that won't let go. Wherever you are right now, it doesn't have to be forever. As an MFT intern, I use attachment-based work and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples, families, young adults, teens, and military couples. We'll explore the deeper emotional needs driving your reactions and the patterns keeping you stuck. Together, we'll create new ways of connecting that feel safe, genuine, and lasting
