My commitment to assist my client’s can make that therapeutic process less intimidating. Through my dedication and the client’s willingness for change together can assist with the struggles of the client's mental health. The main ingredient is enough courage to take the first step and reach out to a professional for guidance through the healing process. There is no greater strength than addressing those things that are keeping someone from their full potential. As a therapist giving back is the commitment that I have made to assist client’s regain their functional impairments with the goal of achieving a better quality of life. Incorporating both theory and practice, I aim to assist my client’s overcome the challenges that have caused them to struggle throughout their daily lives and/or relationships.
