I have a passion to serve clients who may have struggles with depression, Bipolar, PTSD, anxiety, suicidal ideation, or conditions that may lead to using substances/other addictive behaviors that can result in mild-severe impairments in daily functioning. Often, the cycle to seek relief can lead to a debilitating circular pattern. I work with folks to identify the source(s) of problematic behaviors & collaborate with them to determine the best path forward with a solution-focused approach. I integrate tools & resources tailored to my client while providing support, encouragement, and empowerment for improvements in quality of life.
