Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, in the state of Indiana. I graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a master's degree in School Counseling and Mental Health. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in the public schools and outpatient setting in our local hospital. My passion is helping families and individuals to improve communication, have better relationships and to achieve positive empowered mental health. When I worked in the hospital's outpatient office, I helped all ages with many diagnosis' such as anxiety, depression, ASD, adhd, grief, and some addictions.
