If you're looking for help with severe anxiety, depression, life after trauma or grief, setting boundaries, chronic pain or burnout, I'd love to help. Many (but not all) of my clients identify as: women or non-binary folks • BIPOC, Latinx, multiracial or "first gen" children of immigrants • Part of the LGBTQIA+ community • Dedicated, high achieving students, entrepreneurs, or "workaholics" • Survivors of significant traumas and/or abuse. My couples' therapy clients often love each other immensely, but struggle with healthy communication, trust, and/or intimacy issues.
