My practice focuses on supporting my clients to manage their anxiety, low-frustration tolerance, regulate mood, as well as manage family conflict and/or interpersonal issues. Using Compassionate Inquiry, a strengths-based, relational approach; thru CBT, DBT & solution-focused therapy. My goal for us is to create a safe & empathetic space, build a clearer understanding of your current difficulties, reduce distress, & improve symptom management.
