Alicia provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for neurodivergent ADHD and autistic adults and those struggling with complex post-traumatic stress (CPTSD), anxiety, depression, and substance use. Using a neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach, she tailors care to each individual’s needs, drawing from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
