About
I am a LCSW-C mental health clinician, with a background in both inpatient and outpatient therapeutic settings. I have worked as a therapist with children, teens and adults who are facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar I/II, psychosis, ODD, ADHD, CDD, Dsymorphic Mood Disorder and Seasonal Affective Disorder. I enjoy providing a safe space for my clients to share who they are and explore their dreams of how they would like life to change for the better. In our first session, we will discuss all of the ways therapy can assist with supporting your mental health and encouraging positive change. You can feel free to share as much as needed to help the therapy process along. This is a safe space for us to focus on you and your needs.
