As a queer historically working-class person of color I have experienced, questioned and later studied the intersection of race, gender, sexuality, ability & class as it relates to mental health and well-being. In my work, I am deeply committed to aiding in the understanding and acknowledgment of various systems of oppression which invariably shape one’s mental and physical landscapes. While I can't change these systems, I am devoted to validating your lived experience and uplifting you and your voice in your community. Further connecting you with yourself and those around you.
