I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, and I work with adults and young adults, including college students, who are struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that increase stress in their daily lives. Many clients come to therapy seeking relief from constant worry, difficulty with focus or emotional regulation, or a clearer understanding of what’s contributing to their anxiety. My approach is warm, collaborative, and structured, using CBT-based and skills-focused strategies to help clients build practical tools, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
