As a clinical social worker, my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, support, and truly heard. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, one where we work together to understand what's been weighing on you, explore new perspectives, and help you move toward lasting change. My approach is compassionate and down to earth. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other modalities. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" for therapy. Together, we'll find what works best for you and your goals. Therapy is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make a change, I'm here to walk alongside you with empathy an encouragement.
