My ideal client is an individual or couple who looks “fine” on the outside but feels emotionally tired inside. They’re stuck in repeating conflict, shutdown, or distance; navigating stress from work, parenting, finances, or life transitions; rebuilding trust after betrayal; or noticing old wounds (anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, trauma) showing up in love. They want a warm, direct, culturally responsive space to feel safe, learn practical tools, regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, communicate clearly, repair trust, and create secure, lasting connection.
