In therapy, I work to empower my clients and help them build a stronger sense of compassion for themselves. While we can't change the world around us in the office, we can work together to find ways that make it easier to get through the challenges that come in life. My approach focuses on the context people are from as well as the context they are in now to gain a better understanding of who they are as a person.
