My goal is to help you work through challenges in your life by encouraging you to explore and discuss these concerns. We will develop goals to work towards change in this process. I work with adults, families, and couples. We can process a range of problems including career struggles, depression, anxiety, grief, ineffective coping skills, and relationship problems to name a few. I have worked with many individuals in different settings. My training and experience will provide a unique opportunity for a therapeutic session.
