My ideal client is not defined by a perfect background or symptom set, but rather by their readiness to engage. I work with individuals who are feeling: Overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, or constant worry; Pulled down by depression, numbness, or a sense of hopelessness; Lost in the pain of grief, whether from death, loss, or major life changes; Struggling to adjust to a new phase of life — such as a breakup, job change, move, illness, or other transitions. These experiences can be isolating, exhausting, and sometimes confusing. You may be functioning on the outside, but inside, you feel stuck, disconnected, or simply not yourself.
