Through many years of experience and meaningful work with clients, I apply an emphasis on identifying what is holding you back. I work with couples, loss and grief, depression, anxiety/ I also assist college students who are going through radical life transitions such as moving, beginning/ending relationships. You may feel confused, lost, anxious, even at times leaving us feeling alone. Allow me to teach you, new ways, new coping skills do deal with lives challenges.
