I provide services for individuals and families of all ages and from all walks of life through in-person and online. My current areas of focus are children/adolescents/adults, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life adjustments and transitions, grief, mood regulation, personality disorders, substance use, family conflict, self-esteem, healthy lifestyles, and effective communication. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy where there is an integration of the mind, body, and spirit.
