Hi there, I’m Sarah! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor that is passionate about supporting clients in healing from trauma and life stressors through providing a warm and supportive therapeutic experience. My approach is client-centered, meaning that I strive to provide unconditional positive regard, empathy, and openness to whatever you as the client might bring to therapy. I also heavily incorporate attachment theory into my work, focusing on attachment styles and how these influence us throughout our lifespan.
