Welcome! I'm committed to providing you with support that is both empathetic and empowering. I work with adults, couples, parents and families. Life can be challenging and sometimes we need additional support to help us reach our potential. I practice through a systemic lens, exploring individual behaviors through the context of the family. My goal is to support you in processing your thoughts and feelings by creating a safe and and non-judgmental space in which you can grow and heal. I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, family issues and anger.
