My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe space and a non-judgmental ear to explore sources of conflict and develop solutions together. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults meet their potential. I have specialized training in Postpartum Anxiety and Depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, Grief, and Women's Issues. I am trained in EMDR. I also evaluate and treat depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
