Hi! My name is Alisa Swenson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am generally laid back in my approach and want our work together to be conversational and focused on what you see your goals as being instead of what I think that they should be. Therapy should be collaborative, and I appreciate feedback on whether you think something is working or not. I have a lot of experiences with children, teens, and adults and focus mostly on depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and parenting/family issues.
