I have a passion for supporting parents in navigating all issues related to parenthood. (infertility, pregnancy, coparenting, managing difficult behaviors, overwhelm, guilt, co-regulation and more) As a mother of 5, I have the lived experience of the daily struggles and everchanging seasons of motherhood and family life. The last thing you will hear from me is “the enjoy every moment” messaging that leaves you feeling inadequate and ashamed of your struggles. No parent enjoys every moment! As an couple or individual if you desire to better navigate negative emotions and cultivate more gratitude and joy in your journey I can help. Parenthood has a way of unearthing our own childhood, in the best, and more often in the worst ways. You are not alone if you are struggling to show up for your children in a way your parents did not show up for you. When we are charting a new path (breaking cycles) our brains need some help releasing old patterns and developing new ones.
