I center my work on a strong therapeutic relationship, offering an emotionally safe, attuned, and comfortable space. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing comes from being truly seen and supported. I integrate EMDR, somatic psychology, and parts work to help you access both the cognitive and body-based layers of your experience. Together, we work to process trauma, shift long-standing patterns, and strengthen your capacity for regulation and self-compassion. My goal is to guide you toward lasting change through evidence-based care and a deeply supportive therapeutic relationship. In therapy, I help you explore how past and present experiences influence your life today. As we examine the impact of earlier events, attachment experiences and used strategies on current life circumstances, the healing process is collaborative and integrative. I utilize EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to guide and support this work.
