Welcome. I'm glad you're here. I offer therapy and conduct ADHD/ASD evaluations across the lifespan. I'm also a lead LCSW at Stanford LPCH, and I bring that expertise into my private practice work. As a neurodivergent person myself, I understand how exhausting it can be to mask and feel misunderstood. Perhaps your child is struggling with regulation or connection, or you're navigating anxiety, or patterns rooted in old survival strategies. There may be questions around identity, relationships or ND itself that feel ready to explore. Whatever brings you here, this is a space where you don’t have to translate yourself to be seen.
