I enjoy partnering with adolescents and adults as they navigate the inevitable challenges of life. Through humor and curiosity we can uncover and build upon your resiliancy. I work from a person centered and strengths-based perspective to help individuals establish effective coping skills and gain a better sense of self. Empowering individuals to find their voice and connect with their emotions are important aspects of my practice. I journey alongside clients to help them manage issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, relationship issues and coping with life transitions.
