My name is Alisha and I am dedicated to promoting mental health wellness and providing compassionate support to individuals navigating the complexities of mental health challenges. I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and strive to empower my clients with the tools they need to achieve emotional well-being. Some of my specializations include working with adults that are struggling with: depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, grief and loss, adjustment to change, life transitions and other mental health concerns.
