You care deeply and have been carrying a lot for a long time. You might be sensitive, thoughtful, and deeply attentive to others, often the one who notices, holds things together, and keeps going even when it is hard. You may have spent years reflecting, learning the language of healing, and trying to understand your inner world. And still, something does not feel settled. Not because you have not done enough, but because parts of you learned to stay strong and move quickly to get through. You may sense a quiet exhaustion, or a longing for more ease and rootedness. A desire not to fix yourself, but to be with yourself differently. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, offering depth oriented, relational, and trauma informed care. I help create space to slow down and listen in another register, one that includes the body, honors relationship, and makes room for what has needed time, safety, skill and gentleness to emerge.
