Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker who works primarily with late adolescents and adults, in individual therapy. I follow a holistic, therapeutic, approach when working with my clients. I practice meditation and breathing exercises everyday and I try to integrate teaching some aspects of these practices along with traditional therapy in order to help people understand and shift patterns of behavior and to uplift their energy. I take a straight forward, compassionate approach in order to help people engage in getting the life they want to have, improve relationships and their overall well being.
