If you are feeling stuck, lost, and overwhelmed, and are curious about whether things could be better, I may be able to help. I enjoy collaborating with people who are struggling, and offer compassion and validation, along with tools, new perspectives, and gentle challenging. I help people improve their emotional regulation, reduce distress and increase their ability to handle distress when it does arise, improve communication, and enhance quality of life. My areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, issues unique to the LGBTQIA+ community, substance use issues and addiction, and chronic pain and illness.
