I'm so glad that you are considering reaching out for help! I believe that the therapeutic relationship has the power to be one of the most transformative in our lives. I find that disconnection from ourselves and others, as well as deviating from what brings us meaning, leads to pain. It is important to me that, together, we utilize your strengths in uncovering a path to a deeper sense of "connectedness" and more authentic living. I offer support, and I do a lot of listening. I also value to concept of neurodivergence, and how addressing these factors, if applicable, can greatly improve therapeutic outcomes.
