It can feel overwhelming to find the right support for yourself, your child and for your family, but you do not have to find the right support alone. I believe one of the bravest things any person can do is work towards understanding their own story or work next to their child and have them understand their own story. Being a parent comes with its sets of challenges at every developmental stage. I use a compassionate approach while using humor to balance the heavier topics we will discuss.
