I am a trauma informed therapist who sees therapy as a process of helping clients connect to their inner healer. Together I work with clients to help them understand, and move past their “stuckness”. It is not enough to just understand where you are stuck. To change you have to; experience things differently, feel different, and have a new perspective on your life and your problems. I work with anxious clients, depressed clients, clients with PTSD, clients with relationship issues, clients with substance abuse issues, clients with low self esteem, and clients who just want to find a way to be happier and more productive.
