I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, codependence, and substance use issues. Together, we will come up with strategies to help you become more mindful and motivated, improve your thoughts and behaviors, and feel less stressed and anxious. I have flexible hours and am able to accommodate evening appointments, if requested.
