My work centers around helping clients accept the uncomfortable and uncontrollable parts of life and take the power back from difficult internal experiences by achieving a sense of confidence in their ability to cope. I have particular specialties using research-based practices to work with adolescents and adults struggling with Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. In addition to those specialties, I support clients through a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, stress management, relationship concerns, developing confidence and self-compassion, life transitions, and career and academic stress.
