The state of the world has many of us feeling dysregulated, anxious and depressed. I offer a warm, nurturing space for my clients to process their experiences and emotions, without judgement, with unconditional regard and care. We all carry deep wisdom and knowledge on what we need to thrive. My work with clients aims at assisting them to uncover their deep truths in order to enjoy a more fulfilled existence. I offer sessions via zoom or phone, some clients prefer to limit screen time and find a walking session or just relaxing off camera is a more effective, enjoyable way to engage in therapy. - Currently accepting new clients
