I provide friendly support to everyone who wants to begin to change or heal. I would like to share in your journey. All of us are learning to adapt to life changes. My experience is in clinical research, epidemiology, sport psychology, and social work. I am trained and experienced in coaching, DBT, EMDR, and energy medicine. I teach at Westfield State University. I have experience working with children and adults age 6 through 106+.
