My style is genuinely compassionate and empathetic with the intention of helping individuals bolster their own strengths and resources so as to find relief and contentment. I believe the most effective treatment is a collaboration between patient and therapist. I am honored to share in your life story and am always willing to be witness to both your successes as well as your challenges. I believe that a person's self-worth and support directly correlate to the ability to cope and overcome life's hardships. My experience has been working with individuals who have diverse personal histories and lived experiences. I have an eclectic theoretical orientation that utilizes several different modalities in order to best serve each patient.
