Midday openings are available at this time! I work with adult clients who want to use expressive arts therapy and therapeutic humor in addition to traditional talk therapy to help overcome the obstacles that are keeping them from living their best life. This approach can benefit those who have experienced trauma, are struggling with depression or anxiety, or would like a new way of coping with ADHD. There is no need to be an artist to reap the many benefits of expressive arts therapy! Note: Most days, I am accompanied by my bunny, Molly, as we prepare to offer Animal-Assisted Therapy eventually.
