My counseling approach is client-centered and goal-oriented. By definition, this allows individuals to experience growth, positive outcomes, and fulfillment by actively participating in his or her own therapy in order to create change. Often, people lose hope when they think that things will never be different. They try and struggle and sometimes fail. But, you have an opportunity to think differently, relate differently, and transition from negativity to positive behaviors which will result in pease of mind and promote strong interpersonal relationships.
