Throughout my career I have worked with many different populations, specifically emotional disturbed youth, children and adults with developmental disabilities, and women with children experiencing housing insecurity. I specialize in treatment for anxiety, depression and PTSD. I use a trauma informed lense to explore possible links between current behavior and past experiences. I have experence working with mood disorders, emotional dysregulation and personality disorders. I am experienced in crisis based work, exploring feelings of suicidal ideation and assessing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I am trauma focused and try to explore how a person's past experiences attributes to the way we live day by day.
